I am new to USA, and rented a place in Racine. Loved the house, which was from fifties, but I got often sore throat and sick. Thought to get my air ducts cleaned, and tried Lowe’s as their offer looked affordable and all-inclusive. it was a great decision, and the technician (Milo) did a very professional job, explaining me about all the process and how the furnace/vents worked. I was amazed to see what was inside the ducts. Horrible to see (and think about breathing that!). As soon as he finished and was gone, we immediately felt the air got SO DIFFERENT. It was a great decision and very good service. Totally happy and will do again. I am writing after around 2 months of the actual work, and it changed my life in the house: I didn’t get sick anymore!!! Good Job Milo!

I called almost midnight to schedule air duct and dryer vent cleaning and sanitizer the following day. They responded promptly. They cleaned all the vents in the house and they even found some items (including a cellphone) inside the vents. They performed their tasks without rushing, seeing to it each area was cleaned well. It felt as if they’re giving you back every penny you paid and made it worth it. I recommend this company.
