The fall has arrived. You have prepared an HVAC system for winter. If you are a dog owner, the question is: have you prepared it well?
Many of us are thrilled when fall comes, which also applies to our pets. This is their favorite time of the year. They know how to fulfill a day. As you know, dogs are leaf piles jumping experts, and mud pulls explorers. After a day spent in a park, you are off to home and that’s where the trouble begins.
Wet paws are the least problem, along with the leaves they carry specks of dirt, dust, debris, and whatnot attached to their fur. All of these contaminants tend to get clogged in your wents so you have to be even more diligent when it comes to HVAC maintenance and filter change.
This is what we recommend:
- Change filters often, you can use reusable ones.
- Clean regularly.
- Call your local air duct service for regular maintenance.
